Our self-pay visit costs $94 and that typically covers everything you need, including some basic labs and treatment.  On occasion, we may need to order some additional tests or treatment that is not included in the $94, but we will let you know the price ahead of time so that you and the provider can make that decision together.

• Self-pay pricing is offered only to patients not covered by a government health insurance plan and not covered by any private insurance plan with which we participate. Terms and conditions apply.

• Prescriptions, vaccines, outside labs, and certain in-house labs/treatment are not included.
