Dr. Breen, like all of our providers at Premier, has a passion for the practice of medicine. This genuine desire to help patients is vital when trying to navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system.
Dr. Breen is an experienced and highly skilled physician with over 15 years experience. She is a graduate of University of North Dakota School of Medicine and is a Board Certified Family Physician. She is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Board of Family Medicine, American Academy of Family Medicine, and the Urgent Care Association.
Dr. Breen works with One Mission Society, traveling internationally to provide much needed healthcare. She lives in the greater Charleston area with her husband, who recently retired from the Air Force, and three daughters.

Angela Peterson is a board certified Physician Assistant who has practiced in the lowcountry for over 19 years. Her experience spans from Internal Medicine to Urgent/Emergency Care. She is a graduate from Medical University of South Carolina and is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She also serves as mission director/vice president of Trailblazers Medical Missions of Charleston where local and international health care needs are addressed.
Angela resides in Summerville with her husband David who owns and operates his own business.
Joel is an accomplished financial executive with a remarkable range of expertise across various aspects of corporate accounting and internal controls. His proficiency extends to financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as navigating business liquidations, mergers, acquisitions, and private equity due diligence and reporting.
As a manager, Joel has a proven ability to build cohesive teams and empower staff to achieve outstanding results, even in fast-paced growth environments. He excels in evaluating operational performance and converting it into well-designed metrics and dashboard reporting, enabling effective management action.
Serving as an insightful analyst and strategist within senior management, Joel's strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills allow him to establish rapport effortlessly with staff and management at all levels.
